Maps Creator – Mark Dalton

Mark Dalton is a product of Legacy’s training and has now gone on to become a very successful property investor and entrepreneur.

Before getting property training, Mark was a market trader selling cakes, biscuits and sweets in the street markets of North West London and the northern Home Counties.

Since joining in May 2002 Mark has built a property portfolio in the North West, Herts & Beds, SE London and on the south coast. His strategies are: Buy to let, HMO’s, distressed, lease options and creative finance techniques for buying property.

Mark loves to negotiate a deal and help students do the same.

Along with all the property interests, Mark is also the Managing Director of MAPs, Millionaire Action Plan, for aspiring entrepreneurs & has set up The London UK PIN, a monthly networking event for anyone who wants to grow and develop their current business.
